WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 20 gr of sage leaves
- 100 gr of flour
- 1 egg white
- 125 ml of beer
- a table spoon of olive oil
- half a teaspoon of salt
- plenty of olive oil for frying
LET’S GET STARTED:
Put the flour in a bowl and add the beer then the spoon of olive oil and the salt and stir until the mixture is smooth, leave the mixture to rest for 30 mins
Wash the sage leaves and dry them
Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form and then gently incorporate them with the flour/beer mixture
Put the leaves in the mixture and then fry them in VERY hot oil until they become crispy and wonderful!
